Refund policy
Thanks for shopping with us! All equipment is sold for lawful activities only, we do not promote, authorize or condone the use of any equipment sold by IQTRONICS INC for applications contrary to existing federal or state laws. Buyer is responsible to read and abide to the laws governing his/her place of residence.
All equipment has 30-day warranty, exchange only, no refunds. Due to the nature of the equipment sold herein All Sales Are Final!
We have a 30-day return-exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You can only exchange any defective product with the exactly the same product unless it is no longer available in which case a refund will be issued.
To start a return-exchange, you can contact us at info@spyshopone.net. and request an RMA number, please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: IQTRONICS INC. 4499 Van Nuys Blvd Sherman Oaks, California; USA. 91403. Returns without an RMA number on the outside of the shipping box will be refused and will be send back to the sender.
If your return-exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned which is the case of GPS trackers, Pepper Sprays (in any shape or form) weapons (such as Tasers, stun guns and knives) in any shape or form, and memory cards, custom made products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal use products such as in the ear listening devices. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union, South America and Other Countries.
Currently we do not sell any products to other countries except the 50 United States, Canada and Mexico. Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being forwarded to other countries will automatically void the return-exchange policy and will not be able to do a return exchange.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return-exchange, and let you know if the refund-exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically shipped a new and fully tested unit unless we consider the item is not working as originally intended otherwise a refunded on your original payment method will be posted within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
