- You can play back on Windows computer or on a smart phone with a OTG adaptor (sold separate) just turn unit off before plugging it in on USB port on your computer and look for a drive called MEMOQ, it's located within the folder called "Files" on iPhone or "My Files" on android phones.

If unit stops working and the battery is charged it means your units memory capacity is full and you will need to delete recordings before you can record new files.
