NOTICE: As of, August 1st, 2026, the LIVE STREMING functionality is no longer available from the App stores of Apple and Google, all other features remain unaltered, however if you have an android phone and wish to download the APK version of the prior version of the app, then LIVE Streaming will be available as long as you don't update the version of the app, to download the APK version to your phone delete the existing app from your phone without removing the devices you had on it, download the APK version from our website link below, allow permissions and once installed, log back into your account with the same email and password you had used before, if you had devices on the app on iPhone or android phones with the app from the Google store then now should be available to be reached LIVE once again, if you can't reach your devices then you should reset the device and follow normal procedure of adding them to the app. If you need additional assistance, feel free to contact us at 818-501-2770 during normal business hours.
